Overview
Each DCUK is hand-made and therefore has its own unique posture and personality. In fact, they also have their very own name. Luckily, they come with a tag, because they certainly can't talk.
Our DCUKs (pronounced just like the bird, as far as we can figure) have a beautiful natural finish. They can be kept outdoors or indoors.

Start your own family of hand-made DCUKs
DCUKs, pronounced "Duhk", are a family of hand-made, wooden sculptures. Each one is unique and has its very own name. There are Ducklings, Ducklets, and Adults (who don't get a cutesy name, for some reason).
Pictured above are one Duckling, two Ducklets, and one Adult.
DCUKs are available in 3 sizes

| Duckling (small) The babies of the bunch. They're 8-9" tall and love to be kept near to their parents. | Ducklet (medium) Teenagers. Argh. They're 12-13" tall and know everything. Just like an awkward training seminar, they come with name tags
Each DCUK comes with a name tag wrapped around its neck with raffia.
Just like in real life, you're stuck with the name you're given. However, you can always purchase a blank name tag and write in any name you'd like.

Do you want a bent over DCUK? What about a Duckling with its head turned sideways? No problem. You can even purchase blank name tags and write in whatever name strikes your fancy.

Please keep in mind that while you can specify a particular sized DCUK and its general demeanor, each DCUK is made by hand. So, there will be slight variations between the DCUKs we have pictured and the DCUK that makes its way to your home.
Happy as clams indoors and outdoors
DCUKs can be kept indoors or outdoors and they certainly won't complain. Because they are made of wood, if you do keep them outdoors, their instructions suggest that you periodically coat them with an exterior varnish on their joints, legs, and feet.

Frequently Asked DCUK questions
Question: Do they move?
Answer: Yes, as long as you're willing to do it for them. These are sculptures, not toys. Their legs and feet do not move at all. They're stuck in whatever position they arrive in.
Question: Can you pet them?
Answer: Yes. And they'll never snap at you.
Question: Are these like garden gnomes, but not as creepy?
Answer: Yes. No offense to the garden gnome crowd, but these DCUKs definitely evoke a "Awww, that's neat" response. Garden gnomes evoke that half-smile, half-sneer response of "Ooooohhhhh, a garden gnome. How...festive." But, different strokes for different folks.
