Official Farkel Game Sets
The addictive dice game of guts and luck.
Overview
Farkel is the fast-paced and addictive dice game that cleverly pairs chance with risk.
Players start their turns with six dice and can keep rolling as long as they score points. If you don't score (known as a "Farkel!"), you lose all of your accumulated points for that round.
Balancing risk and reward is essential since scoring dice must be removed after every roll. With each roll, the risk of losing it all increases — but so does your chance for points!
Farkel is family-friendly fun for ages 8+. Choose from the Farkel Game Set with Dice Rolling Tray and travel-friendly Pocket Farkel.

Farkel is the World's Best Family Dice Game
Farkel is the incredibly fun and addictive dice game invented by a husband and wife team in 1996. Despite its relative old age, Farkel never gets boring!
In essence, Farkel is a simple game in which you must balance risk and reward on every roll. Succumbing to the temptation of "just a few more points!" has ruined many a Farkeler's turn.
It's all or nothing on every roll!
Farkel is simple to learn, simple to play, but always fun. We won't recount every rule, but here's the general idea. You can keep rolling the dice as many times as you want as long as you score points on every roll. However, if your roll results in no points, you lose all the points you had accumulated on that turn.
Risk, reward, and playing the odds are essential in Farkel. You start your turn by rolling all six of your dice. If you want to continue rolling (and potentially earning more points), you must remove your scoring dice. Therefore, each roll decreases your odds of scoring points and increases the chances that you'll lose everything.
But can you resist the urge to earn more points, or are you going to "Farkel!"?

Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Couldn't I just buy some dice (like from Tenzi), print out the rules from the web, use a cardboard box as a dice-rolling tray and a brown paper bag as the container for Pocket Farkel, and not have to buy this?
Answer: Yep. But boy, I'd hate to be whomever receives that "gift".
Question: Do you have to remove all scoring dice on each turn?
Answer: Nope! Each roll must result in points. If not, you've earned a "Farkel!", your turn is over, and you forfeit all points. However, let's assume you rolled two fives. You can remove one or both dice. Strategically, it may make more sense to only bank one die and continue your turn with the remaining five dice.
Question: If I manage to turn all six dice into scores, what happens?
Answer: If during one turn you are able to create combos out of all six dice, your turn continues with six new dice. This is how you can create huge scores! For example, if you rolled a single "5" on six consecutive rolls, you would earn 350 points, but your turn would continue with six fresh dice.
