Designed for the elements

LuminAID is made from semi-transparent and puncture-resistant TPU. It's a hybrid material that lies somewhere between hard plastic and soft silicone. It's very dense, but smooth so it slides easily in and out of pockets.

Oh, it's also water-proof up to 1 meter deep and when inflated, it floats. It's awesome.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question: How do you inflate it?

Answer: Inflate the LuminAID using the valve. The inflation diffuses the LED bulb like a lampshade, providing soft and even illumination.

Question: Why are the letters 'AID' capitalized in its name?

Answer: The manufacturers of LuminAID originally developed the product for distribution to areas of the world afflicted by natural disasters.

Question: But how bright is it?

Answer: The low setting is perfect for reading or small task work. The bright setting easily illuminates the entirety of a 4-person tent.
