Throw your Dolphin Friend into the pool, press the button on the side, and watch him dolphin-kick around your pool.
Like all Swimways Rainbow Reef products, the dolphin fills up with water, balances itself, and swims around.
Note: Dolphin friends cannot jump through hoops. I'm sure they could be thrown through a hoop, though...
