Slide the "golf ball" forward on the GolfTool to release the divot repair tool. It snaps into place when fully extended so you can make quick work of your divots.

The ball marker snaps off easily from the top of the GolfTool using just your thumb. Unlike a coin, you won't lose this ball marker or be fighting to find it amongst the other stuff (tees, balls, candy wrappers, receipts, pin sheets, etc) in your pocket.
Because it features a small post on its underside to anchor it into the ground, the marker won't move accidentally. However, its ridged edges make it easy to lift when ready to putt. The post also ensures a secure connection to the GolfTool.
