Using simple step-by-step instructions, you can create all the pieces of sushi in about five minutes. You'll first create a soft white candy that looks and feels just like sushi rice. Then make "egg" and "tuna" slices that are yummy gummy instead of fishy food. As an added touch to make it completely legit, you can make a "seaweed" wrap and "soy sauce." And the most fun part (in our opinion) is using the dropper to create tiny spheres of gummy "salmon roe" before your eyes! It's like a delicious science experiment!
Perfect for small parties, third dates, and April Fools Days, these treats are also a great way to warm your kids up to Japanese cuisine.
Though you may want to use chopsticks to pick up your sweet sushi, please don't dip them in wasabi.
